I just want to take some time to recommend Dave and Alpine Cleaning Solutions. My wife and I had recently bought a new home in Santa Fe. It is a two story, 3 bedroom house and the lower level had all tile floors throughout. We wanted to have the tiles cleaned and sealed before we moved in and we got a couple of quotes and Dave came in with a lower bid.
We thought our tiles were saltillo tiles but found out that they were actually cement tiles of the same color. Upon striping the tiles of the old sealer Dave discovered that there was a wax coating on the tiles (probably mop and glow) that was extremely hard to get off. In spite of this Dave and his helper were very persistent in getting the floors looking great to our satisfaction. It required Dave to come back to the house several times over the course of more than a week to get the job done. Dave was extremely accommodating in adjusting his other work to fit us in as we had some deadlines to work with. He worked with us conscientiously through some tough patches to get our distressed floors looking good again.

I am so busy that I don’t often take the time to write a review, but I felt compelled with Dave Koetter’s Alpine Cleaning Solutions. There are so many things to love about Dave and his company! He was extremely accommodating to the schedule of our retail store (The Candyman Strings & Things) and cleaned our carpets after-hours and on the weekend. (This was especially impressive as he had early morning clients as well, but worked well into the late hours over the course of a few days to get the job done for us.) We found him to be extremely easy to work with, delightfully professional, honest, and trustworthy. As far as the quality of his work, we were astounded at the end result. The carpets hadn’t been done in years and some areas seemed to be beyond resuscitation. However, the several deep stains that we thought were there permanently, are gone. Back are the original deep rich colors and bouncy textures when the carpets were first installed. We had forgotten what they were supposed to look like! He did an equally amazing job with some very difficult-to-clean windows. One customer even commented that he noticed the new clean windows from the parking lot. We can’t say enough good things about Dave and Alpine Cleaning Solutions. Try them and you’ll be saying good things too!

It had been years since we have had our carpets cleaned. I am extremely pleased with this service. Nearly my entire house is carpeted. The color had become dull. Not only does the house smell fresh but the rich color has been restored.The company even cleaned a large area rug for me at the last minute with no additional charge. Excellent service and personal attention to every detail. Dave Koetter personally addressed my concerns about chemical fumes by using his environmentally green products. He spent over 3 hours moving furniture and taking extra care by scrubbing the carpets before rinsing and removing most of the dampness. He even left me with valuable instructions on drying time and removal of the plastic pieces that he put under my furniture pieces. I will definitely use this service again. A definite A plus experience!
